What is your policy on returns and exchanges?
We accept returns for defective or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure the product remains unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact. Note that customized or stitched orders are not eligible for return.
Do you offer stitching services for unstitched collections?
Yes, we offer premium stitching services for our unstitched luxury collections. You can select your size or provide custom measurements on the product page; please allow an additional 15-20 days for processing stitched orders.
